No rotation of inexperienced or new pool techs learning how to take care of your pool on your pool!
As part of our worry-free weekly service, we document EVERY visit conclusion with a detailed pool visit confirmation email containing pictures and details concerning all services performed, chemicals added, and other notifications to the customer for needed action. We provide transparency to the process: no guesswork if the pool was serviced or maintained, or even if it is ok to swim.

As a smaller company, we are able to be much more flexible in working with customers for personalized solutions including personalized service(s), repairs on-site at the time of weekly visit, prompt or even immediate attention to equipment emergencies, and pricing. It is important to you, it is important to us!
Weekly Worry-free visit services performed:
- Brush pool walls (up to waterline level on tile, unless otherwise agreed upon) and floors
- Clean debris from Skimmer basket
- Clean debris from Pump Basket
- Skim debris off waterline
- Remove debris from pool bottom via net and brush. Vacuum service is available and offered, it’s inclusion or recommendation is established at time of service.
- Chemical testing of water
- Chemically balancing of pool water (Ph, Alkalinity, Chlorine, and Stabilizer (as necessary))
- Check to ensure the pool filter is still adequately clean to effectively still clean pool or clean the pool filter if necessary
- Visibly inspect equipment for notable leaks
- Provide online documented visit summary email including any pro-active feedback
